A school marketeer can’t communicate 1:1 like a student counsellor – it will simply take too much time and effort. To manage your marketing effort, you need to create target groups. This is easy. You can choose your own filters and save as many target group as you want in system.

To pinpoint the ideal target group, you can use data from your Insight reports and backtrack your current students – which kind of interest do they typically have? Where do they geographically come from? What is the age group?

Pinpointing the different target groups will help you to tailor your messages, plan what events you should promote and what kind of new content you could include in the campaigns.




In the YoungCRM platform you can align your email communication to your brand by selecting background colour, adding logo and cover photo. To create the email content, you can easily drag elements from the bar to the right to the email, e.g. add pictures, videos, links, button and text. It is very user friendly and looks great immediately.

Another possibility to communicate with prospects is to write text messages. You can use this to send reminders about important dates or announcements about new events. It is easy to include “Short Codes”, e.g. insert the name of the receivers, and let people unsubscribe to the SMS service.
