We are at the office Monday through Friday and can be reached on email during the weekends. We recommend our customers to use the live chat in YoungCRM as the preferred way to reach our support. In the live chat, we have a very short response time – 5 minutes on average – and by using the chat we can see exactly where you are in the system, and thereby let you know where to click to solve the problem.
